The company is a partnership based firm founded in 2000 by Mr. K. K. Das and his two sons, Mr. Tapas Das and Mr. Manas Das under the name S K Engineers India Pvt Ltd.. To the credit of this newly promoted business, S K Engineers India Pvt Ltd., the company bagged the stockistship of electrical switchgear products of international firm Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T Switchgear Products).

The company was renamed as S K Engineers India Pvt Ltd. (S K Engineers) and saw the light of the day on 27 July 2001. In the meanwhile, the company had bagged the stockistship of many more reputed electrical manufacturers which added the business in field of electrical projects and therefore appointed nearly 15 nos. of dealers all over Odisha. Since 2006 along with stockistship of L&T switchgears, the company has started manufacturing / assembling the electrical control panels for motors and power control centre.

In accordance with the present day demand, the company is more specialized in energy saving machines & automation product solution like Automatic Power Factor Control, PLC, VFD, Soft Starter, CR panels for industries, large buildings and shopping complexes which is the call of the nation.
